When I was in the market for a new notebook 2 years ago, the first one I ordered was a high end model Dell. When I went to Purolator to pick it up, the guy came out with the box on his shoulder and dropped it onto a cart. I stood there stunned, they guy returned to the warehouse. The thing hit the cart with pretty good force, almost like a body slam.

I told Dell about it and they sent out another one, as I didn't want a 3000 dollar notebook that was dropped 4-5 feet onto a steel cart, Dell agreed with me.

I called the courier head office and reported the incident, it went no where.

In the end I bought a Lenovo, as the replacement Dell came defective.

Some of these people handling goods should be fired.
