Moody's earlier this week announced "confirmation" of Repap Senior Debt at "B2". Secondary debt was also confirmed, but I don't have this info right here.

Bottom line, Moody's has seen improvement at Repap. Moody believes that Repap will be current on its debt obligations through 1998.

Again, I am very bullish on Repap long term - why? As debt goes down, and it is, Repap will become a more attractive take our over target. I expect someone will be knocking on Repap's door in about one year. In the meantime, I expect profitable quarters to commence, starting with 4th of this year. Either way, this appears to a good investment.

On the downside, if the coated market collapses, then Repap will have problems - but for know, their market looks quite solid.
