I have, for me, a large position, 5k shares at an avg of $42. I liked the fundamentals and always think the market overreacts on the downside. I always thought the overriding positives were no significant insider sales. This seem significant. Especially Dahl and Smith. Although I usually don't worry about insider sales ( people have bills, college, new houses, yachts, etc.), the timing concerns me. Comments anyone?

Thank you for your advise.

I am bullish. I also own both COMS and CSCO. They don't seem to be going though the same problems that seem to dragging down ASND. I am a firm beliver in TELECOM and networking, thus the ownership. (I am also into Intel.)

I will hold and maybe even buy more.
