You are a wise man, Steve-o, It is easy to be like others who panic and sell at the low......but hard to see the big picture and place value on things like building infrastucture and sound management. That is why you have moved so quickly to the highest level of the Commission and will sit next to the famous J.Saf at the big dinner in Cabo. I have yet to hear the CC....as Skuza will be over shortly with some cold beverages and two fresh cigars.......that he ran out and bought as soon as he heard that Identix had beaten his earnings estimate by no less than 100%.......Good thing, because my cigar stash is kind of stale. bg ps. RatMan is our best friend and worst enemy.......RatMan is us.

Big Steve..... I would never want to be accused of being too bullish on Identix........ But......Kessler was pumped! He finally got his reduction in SG&A as a pecentage of product sales....and he was thrilled to hear all of the other investment banks on the Conference call. This is good! It seems that the IDX believes that the reserves for suits is enough to finish them off....No more charges?....Kessler liked that also. Oracle....Slow and steady wins the race. Prove to Oracle that you can do the dew........dig in for the long haul...Oracle will just get better and better.....and bigger and bigger. Excellent. Randy took the time to tell everyone that only Identix has pattern recognition.......and the future of internet commerce is NOT police based minutia........Randy knows RatMan just like we do. Cool. Robertson (short) Stevenson is in deep Do Do......IMO. They will be covering soon........very soon......They did not like what they heard and sounded a little nervous. The last question......showed it. The background talk on Sylvan rocked them a bit. I thought I heard background conversation to the tune of......Sylvan is in the press release phase.......Did anyone else pick it up? Fowler was not sure if he could talk about it or not......Scullion jumped in. Fowler was pumped........last time I remember him being so happy about NOT talking about something was back when he said he was not worried about the price level of the stock even though the Warrants were being called.......Three days before the original Oracle announcement. No doubt now that the Sylvan Joint Venture is a done deal and will be out soon.......Super. Remember that one, Steve? Three years ago.....Question was "It wouldn't be very smart to call the warrants unless you had something that would support the stock, would it?" and then Fowler said " Well, I'm not a very smart guy....but Jim Scullion is".......and you could tell it was going to be big. Look for Sylvan to be out very soon....with at least one large contract to go along with it. Fowler is building THE biometric company of the future folks.......a unique position in the market.......Jerald's wife knows it.....bright gal! bg
