Comprehension problem? I said Iraq was a check on Iran not the other way around. Now they are buddies.

There was zero percent chance these people were going to get out from under that dictatorship without our help, if that's what you're trying to suggest.

There isn't zero percent chance of anything. He could have been over-thrown. Not sure it would have been a good thing for us, he was a secular influence in a region dominated by religious nuts.
