Sankar, where for god sake will CTYS find the money to buy their own stock at these prices or any if currently they see cash sufficient only to the end of the first quarter next year. You are speculating (and inadvertantly plantting false hopes in investors) without a shred of evidence to thet fact. CTYS does not have money to buy their stock. They would be violating their fiduciary responsibility if in face of declining earnig and negative cahs flow they spent money on the speculation that the stock at the time of conversion would be 10. Furthermore, it would be their fiduciary responsibility to make a public announcement that they are buying their own stock if they do not have such a buy back already authorized by the board of directors.

Let's face reality, the stock dropped to whatever level it dropped because this is what it is worth today. Furthermore, the lower it drop the less it is worth because more new shares and dilution will be created by the floorless conversion. This is reality. I do not like it, I did not make it, I have just commented for two weeks now on exactly the same point, when you have a floorless covertible security, beware, any small mistep can be translated into a huge dilution for existing stock holders.

This non sense about CTYS buying their own stock is not only a wild speculation, it is a dangerous dream.
