Unless that stuff is available at some health food market, I'll never taste it. I live alone and barely cook anything at all, unless it's a grilled steak, burger, pork chop or chicken breast. I am NOT gonna start baking my own bread.

Ok, quick question. Btw, just got CCRP back
at .13, so I guess that's ok. But my serum
potassium was 5.5 and I'm going to assume the
jump was from eating only high potassium fruits
for the 3 days before the test because my wife
wanted to try something. Should I be concerned
if I stopped eating all the fruit and if so, what
steps should I take. The serum potassium lab
from 4 months ago was just fin at 4.6.
