I do believe they're going to try to do exactly what you suggested -- pass this legislation without a single vote from the other side of the isle.

This Democrat congress has no scruples. At all. It is a national embarrassment.

Strictly from a political perspective it will be interesting to see if Obama can pull this off. How many Presidents have tried and failed?
