Germany came out due to the Hitler 'Stimulus' (ramping up military production) and Sweden because it had not been involved in the war.

No, it didn't. Read your link. Germany AND Sweden recovered......Germany and Sweden do not Europe make. The rest of Europe languished at low levels through most of the 1930s.

That article had only France not recovering by 1935. However France was not as depressed as Europe as a whole, and the recovery began in 1936 albeit slower than most of Europe.
