Terrific distortion worthy of rush himself. Can clearly interrogate them...can't torture them. Can kill them...can't tell the CIA to keep it secret from congress...can try them, can't keep in prison for ever without a trial...

The entire argument is silly. Chris Matthews was outraged. But did he honestly think we wouldn't try to kill AQ leaders if we had the chance?

Chris Matthews was outraged because Cheney/the Bush admin illegally told the CIA not to inform congress of the activity. Not because of plans to kill al Qaeda leaders.
