Bingo....you got it. But it's not private healthcare as you indicate you want. Sure you can use doctors "out of net" but if you do, you may need prior approval first. In emergencies, you can use anyone. No your PPO does not pay more than Medicare. Do you have a copay? What % of the agreed to bill do you have to pay? Welcome to socialized medicine...
