Carl:

I sold my BMG a few months back, to buy a silver stock Paasf, which
seemed to be a better value. Even though I took a loss on BMG, gold and BMG have not done as well as PAASF. I think short term there maybe better upside potential in Silver.

I have been very disappointed with gold's ability to rally. Even with the currency problem in Asia, investors opted for US bonds rather than the what they would have done in the past; going to gold. The recent Swiss annoncement to POSSIBLY sell from their reserves further depressed metal prices, but there was no corresponding decrease in BMG. I do not believe gold will go much lower and I think BMG is a good investment going forward. My opinion is that the good times cannot last much longer, if the bonds are not seen as a safe haven during the next crisis, gold surely has to get some action. Also our low inflation may subside as Asian markets begin to tool down their "cheap" excess inventories.

As soon as I free funds, I will be back into BMG
