I suspect ER's will become much more efficient at triaging away systemic abusers at the door, to attached lower intensity units. ah, separate but unequal....just the way it should be! seriously, we could have paid for an efficiency apartment and routine medical care for far less than that SOB cost with his constant utilization of 'emergency room' care scam seeking out 3 hots and a cot.....
