D Clarke; I suspect that the Bresea assets should be freeable from the court after new management is in place as Bresea did no wrongs other than having the taint of Walsh in their boardroom. Once he is gone the new management should be able to operate unfettered by the courts. Were there transfers of funds from BRE-X to BRESEA that were frauds?, or were there simple land purchases?

Bill

Don: the single Bsr class suit has been amalgamated with the Bre-x class suits. There is now one big mother of all class action suit. There is no possible way the lawyers will stop the big suit for any shareholders' group. Chances are better for Walsh, Felderhof, and Ole LIAR 49er coming clean and being honest.
