When you've sweated to pay your mortgage for 17 years come back and see me. Pay your dues young pup. Support your community... oh I forgot you don't care... it's all about your taxes. Guess what, you don't support your community and you are throwing those mortgage payments down a rat hole. Your house isn't worth anything without your community.
