I think it is the FCC and not the media. There are some ads that I have seen that disfavors the current health care being proposed. These ads portray the Govt run Canadian health care system as not providing any value to the citizens. The same can be said of the US system where inefficiences and high health cost due to unnecessary procedure etc. are rampant.

The media has no interest in healthcare reform. Imagine the fiscal hit they would take if logic prevailed and there would be no more advertising for prescription only drugs like hard-on pills. --- Bingo.
