It would appear to an outsider( no secret decoder ring) that this puposed merger is history.. 10/25 deadline? Transfer/Ownership of $14m
assets? Sale of 2m 144 shares($5m value)? Any constructive comments? Where is the 10-K? Where is the extension paperwork for 10-K? Where is the extension paperwork for the merger?

Aye Matty. That would be affirmative. I have been lurking all along. BUt since neither the naysayers or the cartel have anything new or interesting to say, so I have refrained form posting.

However, I must say, the "anyday now" short squeeze combined with the secret coded messages by our fearless leader are getting tiring.
