Obviously that strategy has quite a following in the rep party- I am not sure it will get them far. But we'll see.

The media is clearly giving them a pass right now. I suspect it will end when the specifics of the Dem proposal are clearer. And particularly its relation to the overall goals Obama stated.

All this criticism is simply about a moving and volatile target. And the media should make that point.

Aside: Big spread in the WSJ today how Medical Marijuana is flourishing as a business enterprise in CA. as a result of Obama pulling the plug on Federal Raids on Clinics in states where's Med Marijuana is legal. Also cities are starting to tax it.

If the Cash flows will this trend smoke the nation?
