So now we see that the much-vaunted series of announcements Cowpland suggested would lift the stock price has evoked nothing but market indifference.

In reality, this is not true. The stock has actually lost 25% since Cowpland made that prediction and the announcements have been made.

And on top of it all, you have a management that has demonstrated it has no qualms about selling lots of stock to unsuspecting investors just weeks ahead of the release of bad news that takes 35% off the stock price.

Meanwhile, Nortel, the company that was supposed to help save Corel by coming through with lots of contracts for Corel products is actually cutting costs like crazy, and is unlikely to offer much dramatic support.

Anyone reading this thread considering Corel should STAY AWAY. There are too many good stocks in the market to even consider wasting time reviewing this company.

This stock is a doggie.

Woof! Woof!

It is Bean's favorite doggie (see his profile) but it is still a doggie.

Happy Investing!
