Canada could never match the currency traders as they may slow it down in rising but they have tryed this before and does not work either.

Canada just spouting off trying too talk dollar down.

Funny when it hit 1.10 there was no talk about it

Makes sense. But the US trade deficit is narrowing maybe US is secretly selling dollars? I remember though in the latter half of the 70's the dollar fell and rates were raised to stop the fall and gold rallied from 200-800.
