Why didn't the police have the guts to stick with the original charge of disturbing the peace? Answer: Because they couldn't make the charge stick. It was a BS charge.

Oh bummer! Why didn't they arrest him with obstruction of justice and failing to cooperate with a police investigation? Can you imagine what this black racist teaches in his classes? Even more reverse racism in a time when racism is suppose to be ending with the election of a black man. Guess we are going to need much more than just a black president. All the whites are going to be required to attend and pass, yes pass Professor Gates courses before they are permitted to vote ever again. That should help race relations along. comrade chartseer
