"It's perfectly fine with you, if someone discovers late in the pregnancy that the viable fetus they are carrying, has Down Syndrome: to kill that fetus by means of a partial birth abortion."

It is clearly between the woman and her doctor whether to abort after 20 weeks. There are probably women who would birth a brain dead fetus and that, too, is THEIR PERSONAL BUSINESS. The doctor would inform the woman whether or not complete retardation would be present and they would consider values and how such human suffering could affect her health and if she was strong enough or willing to endure the suffering of herself, her child, and possibly many other people. Oftentimes they are not. In any event, it is not for us to decide. She certainly doesn't need to prevail over a CHURCH INQUISITION--she requires only a compassionate doctor to guide her through such an horrific situation. Because it is absolutely NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. And it is NONE OF MINE.
