But lets just get back to Medicare which was involved here .... here you have a federal insurance system and this paperwork problem exists - why don't they fix the paperwork problem for their patients before taking over more health care?

That's one of the provisions of the Obama plan(s) people like you oppose so vehemently...mandated record keeping improvements...

Medicare coverage was the one thing that worked well in his case...the medical care that failed him so miserably was privately run. The doctors, hospitals, specialists...here and in Fl were all private enterprises.
