I use Lombard,Waterhouse,schwab,Etrade and all of them were down

yesterday.I lost a lot of $$$ just because of that.i think this is

a very serious problem for small investors.We could have made a lot of

money yesterday.

Sheldon, it is simply unreasonable to expect perfect executions under these market conditions. Yes, it IS hopeless. What you should do to prevent this in the future is to avoid trading in record-making markets.
