Hi Jon, I beg to differ. I use Schwab and pay a premium for trading there. Happened to be traveling yesterday and made about 50, count them 50! calls to Schwab over a two hour period and only got a busy signal. (Talk about AOL lines being tied up.) Anyway finally got my friend to go to my home and talked her through the computer program to trade my options. Lost thousands of my profits by not getting through when the market turned. Is it too much to expect premium services like Schwab to anticipate the number of lines needed on a big demand day?

I think not. I'll be looking for another brokerage house with more reliable service. Anyone have a good trading experience and a recommendation yesterday?

I think with the constant volatility in this market we should expect the phone lines of a brokerage house to work.

good trading through good connecting,
jeff
