30,000 people work at the Cleveland clinic -- some parts of the health system in the US are spectacular. If there is one thing that annoys me about many posts on this and other threads, it is the mix of poisonous attitudes towards people and social institutions -- attitudes like "I hate the government, everybody is out to get me, and people are hopeless greedy idiots". Sure, there is a grain of truth to all of it -- but to use it as you guiding view of the world is psychotic.
