Hey Mme, any comments on the California budget status? guardian.co.uk Apologies if you've already expressed your mind, but I've not been around much and would have missed it. However even given the bias I suspect in this article (e.g., the cuts were unavoidable given the utterly blinkered failure of Republicans to countenance tax increases) it does sound extraordinary... I figure your take should make more informed reading than the Guardian's comments.
