This is a serious issue that Charles Schwab and other on-line discount trading firms have to address. I don't know how you fared on Monday and Tuesday, but I lost my entire gain from September, which was an excellent month.

I spent three hours trying to log on E-Schawb while I was calling them on the telephone.

These discount houses are going to force many investors back to the high fee companies. At least an investor will then be able to place an order at a critical time.
