ho ho. i'm told texas passed two laws. an evacuation, once ordered, is now mandatory. it will be against the law to be an idiot riding out a hurricane. so says the state. you may not be an idiot no matter what. the state is your daddy. if you are stopped on suspician of DWI, and refuse to take a test, you will immediately be forced to give a blood sample for testing. you must now incriminate yourself, so you can be incriminated. the 5th amendment is all but disappeared. both were hidden inside other legislation. i.e. in the middle of the night and w/o debate. i guess w/o heabeas corpus, who cares anyway. got top bunk reservation at camp halliburton?
