There are probably somewhere close to 2 million people that we give guns to and give them the authority to shoot people in order to protect us. Most of these cops are high school graduates and many of them have training from some type of police academy. But there is no need to worship these people. It is inevitable that a certain number of these cops should not be given the responsibiities of being a cop. A little common sense is needed.
