I too think the obsession over Obama's birth certificate is just plain crazy, but to expand that into a racial issue is useless.

Of course its not useless. Its exactly why wingers keep bringing up. They can't stand to have a black president.

Any child of immigrant parents is usually non-white. Big deal.

Are you playing the "child of immigrant" card? Besides that's not true... there were a lot of white immigrants a generation ago.
