I can't remember exactly what my Lufthansa problem was but it was related to queuing and their handling of the queue. They were not interested in my suggestions and when boarding, they kept me waiting at the door of the aircraft until they decided whether there was a seat available. Of course I never raise my voice, or speak in other than a reasonable way. But authoritarians do NOT like people doing anything other than walking in a line, handing over their money, following orders.

I didn't bother asking why my seat allocation was a problem, but it would be amazing if it wasn't because I objected to their process. I have been on a LOT of aircraft and have never had to wait at a door.

So now, they have a lifetime of bad reputation. No doubt there are others who just love them and if they are doing a better job than others, then they might just do okay. But Qantas, Singapore, Ryanair are great. It's not as thought there's a shortage of airlines to choose from.

The perfect outcome would be Lufthansa goes broke and is bought by Ryanair and he fires those losers.

for once.......... mq actually gets it right

i could tell you what a tragedy of an airline they've been running out of houston for years.

i know people across the spectrum who can name names and faces from that notoriously inhospitable departure point, let alone their peculiar approaches in the air, and departures from their hub in frankfurt.

a return to their just post derrigibles days.. when they had that special hakenkreuz.

luftansa is one big fat robotic dog of face slapping its customers.

like what disney does to its workers. mindless minions.
