When I was in the Marine Corps, my wife and I decided we couldn't afford to live in a private rental so we opted for base housing in Oceanside. The place was overrun with cockroaches. We used to buy a floor wax that claimed to get rid of them, but they were everywhere in spite of it. They finally tore that entire complex to the ground. Don't you wonder where the roaches went?
