Ok let's say it doesn't exist. HI has kind of said it doesn't exist, and those officials have given conflicting reasons as to why. One said those records were destroyed when they converted to microfilm. That turned out not to be true. Another claimed, hey it's irrelevant, for legal purposes all that is needed is the Certificate of Live Birth. OK sure for "legal" purposes, e.g. passports, school enrollment, etc. This official seems to be saying, hey we can't find it, but it doesn't matter because there is a Certificate of Live Birth. I disagree it doesn't matter because the CoLB isn't good enough to prove native born, since in 1961 anybody could submit for one and get it without any proof.
