Someone in a government office whose full time job it was to keep up would keep up better than a busy doctor with lots of irons in the fire.

The busy doctor has real life experience with patients and treatments.

tort reform should be in there

But it will not be. Thats one of the most certain things we can say.

Not only is tort reform not gonna happen, it looks like trial lawyers are going to get themselves a tax break, worth $1.6B to their industry.
