David, that proves the fact that the small investor is primary LONG. He is not a Bear that have short term horizons. He will have a greater say in the market as his tribe increases.

David, does your firm has the touch tone phone system to switch funds in 401(K)? If the answer is YES, you may not count the people who switched by that system.
