You are right that numbers don't lie. And life expentancy is not some number toyed with as you suggest. as to this big-shot foreigner going to Canada for their health treatment? bigshots aren't the issue, it is the uninsured. who cares if we give the best of care to those with enough money to pay for it? we also have the best of other things that most can't afford and do without.

Well, health care might be one of the reasons Canadians live 2 years longer. Another factor is many Americans are abusing their bodies by over eating. Obesity is one of the major cause of health issues. Just go to the buffet lines in the casinos. Wow, you wonder, those big people can really eat a lot, just to get their money's worth. Just look at oneself. How many of us on this thread are willing to admit that he/she is overweight. Just reply to this post. I am taking a poll. Manalagi : 8 lbs over the ideal weight. Anybody willing to post being overweight or underweight?
