It's just writ in a certain language. Frankly, I find the language of the average American to be too bland and stipped down to bother with. what worries you about what is not said?

I am more worried about what it doesn't say than what it does. Since there is a lot of legalese and convoluted phrases in the bill, people in general are apprehensive like you are. I am not going to argue with you on that. In light of what you say, I am somewhat disappointed in Obama since he is the one who should simplify things. At the same time, the loud opposition need to quit their tactics and get together with the people to get a good bill. Or else we will have the bill as is since the Democrats have the numbers or will soon do to get the bill through.
