That's why I say that universal health care will drastically lower the number of uninsured here in America, but the number will never go to zero. Too many people on the fringes of society (e.g. illegal immigrants) can never fit into the system.

Once universal health care passes here, and the percentage of uninsured goes down from 17% to 5%, the debate will be over how to insure the remaining 5%.
