Did it say anything about elementary education?

Did you ever even have a short course in the Constitution? Did you ever wonder why your schools are paid by local tax? Did you ever wonder why the Federal goverment doesn't run even one school? It only controls extra funding to those schools that pass their tests and standards.

The Constitution said absolutely NOTHING about a standing army. We were intended, by the founders, to be defended by a "well regulated militia" of citizen-soldiers. This was purposeful, to prevent pols from gaining control of a standing army.

The wingnuts never mention this fact.
