Indeed. Moderating is definitely better than not moderating. But is it enough? That was the question posed here. If you eat an apple, fiber and all, is some of the fructose still uncompensated for by the fiber? If so, then that surplus fructose is still poisoning you, just not to the same extent as if you had drunk apple juice. It was unclear from the presentation how much fiber might be needed to render the fructose benign.

That is why the one TYP commentator mentioned eating a Mandarin Orange vs drinking OJ.

The ultimate answer is "five up fruit!" I eat strawberries only now.

I am getting a gram of sugar in my Musclemilk shake and less than a gram in my coffee sweetener. The only "cheats" left that I know of.

Canned and packaged foods are a horror. Yogurt is really bad.
