I'm really getting interested in ETrade as a short. Have to look at the chart first to see if there's potential for a drop. Lotza bad pub lately - maybe customer exodus = lower earnings. Hmmm....

I wasn't really saying anything about E*Trade specifically. I do not know how their systems are set up or why they had problems.

The comments I made to Francis were directed at his ideas about how to solve E*Trade's system problems.
