"Sure. Like little Fords produced in Germany, Merkel loves it!" The Focuses (Foci?) sold in the US are not produced in Germany. While there is a Focus sold in Europe, there are significant differences between those cars. Now, in 2010, there are plans to start a shift to a single design, but it will first be sold in the US and Canada.
