dunno, but sense that hong kong, compared to all places in all of the universe, is the freest populated locale (moon is absolutely free, but no one lives there :0) and, compared to all weighty and substantive tax locales, all populations are serfs except liberty isle macau, which is on par with money rock hong kong and freedom mountain kowloon and compared to detroit, all are first world, especially any village in the philippines, especially as detroit accelerates in devolution because china refuses to help out by its generous and altruistic lending program, although detroit, in some sense, has 360 military look and see, but then detroit needs it :0) delicious
