They were just a contractor to IPM, like consultants that companies use all the time. It's unfortunate that there was all the mystery, but devils have a way of working on these dirt's. IPM has been very good articulating their desires and intents, reality just gets in the way. Delays are common in development. Where are Naxos results?

I'll stand by what I wrote. Any thoughts that FL would verify anything were much in the minority, and probably engendered by Spiffy's hatchet jobs--I don't recall CL/Frank " trying to pass them off as an independent lab that was going to verify the process."
Part of the mystery/bad vibes revolved around the suspicion that IPM had a financial interest in FL.
