In my opinion, restructing is better than doing nothing. At the very least, they are making an effort to turn the company around. I am also losing big times on this stock but I think I will hold on to it and cast a vote to the change.

There's no point in my selling - it's in my retirement plan so I can't take a tax loss. You make it sound so hopeless - does anyone else have any info on the conference call.
