E. Charters,

Where did you come up with that news?

Can you point to it somewhere on the web so we can verify your
claims?

ECI: That lawsuit is Lumbar's. Ho hum. Lumbar is even nuttier than you are. Any idiot can file a lawsuit. I wouldn't be surprised if you were to receive a summons in the near future.

Mr. Charters,

Where and when was this lawsuit supposedly filed? Who is the 'class' represented?

I've had my problems with IPM in the past, but you had better have something to back that up with, or you are going to find a lot of trouble for yourself.

Ya'll, ...that was just another example of how desperate the shorts are getting.

They need to cover and can't knock down the share price,... imo. They know they can't cover except at higher & higher & higher prices.

Mr. Charters, how bout telling us about your past legal problems?

Any indictments?

Any securities investigations and disciplinary actions?

Why won't you answer _any_ direct questions?

What are you afraid of?

Are you the real scam here?

<<Strong stuff. Must have some kind of evidence to say that before a judge.>>

You know nothing has been "said" before a judge! No one has to appear before a judge to file a nuciance lawsuit. Lumbar doesn't even need much $ as he's been at this so long he knows how to draw them up himself. Incarcerated felons know how to sue the gov't over peanut butter being smooth instead of crunchy. Perhaps Lumbar learned his law in jail?

IMO one has to either be incredibly senile, stupid or _renumerated_ to write the illogical, desperate things you've been writing. You've lost all credibility mimicing Lumbar nonsence. Yes, 121 salted holes, yet a company willing to salt (in a pre-BreX enviornment) spends years and keeps abandoning in house assays and recoveries that don't work well enough and searching for ones that do. HINT: if they were salters they'd have been reporting freegold in a very common mineralization -- and they would have been gone a couple years ago. The 37 MM's charge really boarders on dementia, DeanWhitter I believe is an IPM MM, and Herzog is _HUGE_ -- yet all these institutions are simultaneous willing to join a scam and risk jail/massive fines/legal bills confident that all 37 will safely keep the big secret!

Makes sense to me.

Obviously you get your phone calls from Coggins and Lumbar telling you what to post about next.
