Mike:

I'm surprised nobody jumped down my throat re: post #5640 when I stated that sales were flattening out. What gives here? Someone stated that this is the slow quarter for MRVC but historically the q9609 wasn't as flat sequentially as this current q was. Is the reason why q9609 was not flat due to the Fibronics acquisition?

Coud this perception of "flatness" be the cause of the current weakness in MRVC?

Mike: I don't think that drop was recent. I thought I saw it last week, however apparently missed the news when it occurred. mph

Hi Mike,

I've been following MRVC for some time. Originally it was followed by only two analysts, Hampshire Securities and I can't remember the other. For the longest time it was always two STRONG BUYS. Then Bear Sterns joined in after the "second helping" it became three STRONG BUYS. Now in recent days another firm has come on board with the moderate buy rating. That's the reason for the "downgrade". I don't believe it's anything to lose any sleep over. As a matter of fact I think it's MORE coverage which I feel we've been lacking in the brokerage community in the past. Just my humble opinion, I hope this helps.

Regards

Antonio
