JDN,

I think you got it all wrong. Do you really believe insiders are selling tpro short? You have too much fantasy imho. This is completely normal short selling. We are here and we think (know) that tpro will be huge. But there are MANY people out there you just saw tpro's price running up. They don't do their DD, they see a big runup and than short almost automatically. A big story has always a lot of unbelievers. Happens all the time and has nothing to do with inside short selling.

Good luck

Manfred

Sure JDN I'll comment,

< If people are selling naked shorts in the volume I am seeing then I would like to know WHY. Anyone wish to comment? >

First off let me say, I have not shorted this stock as yet, no bubble no short in my KISS list.
As far as the shorters go, as a Person that short savagely, it's actually not hard to understand, This Is Still a "Lottery Ticket" Stock" a "Penny" if you want to call it that, it blew from the 1"s to it's level on Hype, it became a bubble, it's showing weakness.
I am NOT short (for reasons I wish not to give).
It has failed the NMS test, now I know that Warren is just around the corner here so hold onto your seat:)
Now seriously, I'm not a bear on this, but I am realistic, hell I had a very involved person here call the other day to dump a position at 5 3/4 in the midst of the Blood Bath, I told this person, no, you have held this since whenever, just a glitch hang on.
Now will I ever short it??
Oh yeah!!!, let the news come, take it up, crank it up to 10-12 without margin, you betcha!! Major time.
Why, cause it's a Bubble and we all know what happens to bubbles.
So no matter what happens, it's in TPRO's Lap, all the sh*t here doesn't account for a hoot in hell.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

rt (having a grand ole time in the confusion):)

Insiders shorting against the box isn't happening, and I have never seen it in any of the stocks I have been inolved in many years. I will go out on a limb, and say the reverse is happening.

As to why people would short "OUR GREAT TPRO", it is really quite simple. We by defintion believe the story, or we would not be in here.Right?

We have rationalized big move up, insiders transactions, lousy quarter, etc, because we are believers. Now, I know some of the shorts, and their rationale is just the opposite. Stock had a big move, insider sales, lousy quarter, lots of volume, liquididity, the news did not mean anything to them.

Have you ever shot craps, bet on a football game, voted Republican or Democratic? There is usually someone on the other side of your bet.
Most of the coins in my pocket are 2 sided.

So, what you have is a group of people who have had no reason to be scared of a big up move, because the stock has been an erratic trader. Two or three lousy days, and they will short more, the reverse is also true.

IF TPRO comes out with some real positive news, and the stock reacts favorably (my view), the shorts will cover wherever , and go on to the next one.

JDN... All the shorting are pro's shorting against the warrants. It is not insiders against the Box. Most of insiders have done their selling earlier in the year. They want to only file once not many. They catch alot of shit when they sell so they only want to register once a year.

Is TPRO a good short right now? I would say yes. If good news takes it to the mid 7's quickly, there will probably be a sell-off by some who got caught in the July Wave, and now are impatient to get a small return before they move on. (That is, strong resistance throughout the 7-to-8 range.)

An unexpected bad quarter will send the stock temporarily back below 5 1/2. An unexpected good one will break 7 1/2, but settle back enough to cover. Unless there is a hidden rocket in its pocket, why not short TPRO at 6 1/2?

JOHO from one who is in it for the long haul.

It would bother me if they were doing any type of shorting. I work for a NYSE company (Go PHM!). I worked for a another NYSE company before my current job. I can tell you that it is and was against company policy to do any type of shorting whether or not it is legal for SEC purposes. I would question any company that would permit their employees to short. What kind of message does this send to shareholders. I would be surprised if that is happening based on what I hear about their CEO.
