No Tort Reform + No Public Option = No Cost Controls.

This piece of sausage will be a train wreck for certain now. Better that it die and they start over. Or allow anyone to simply sign up for medicare/medicaid if they have no employer-funded insurance.

This is what happens when you let lobbyists control the discussion......they shoulda had the bill ready to go within 30 days of the inauguration and demanded on an up or down vote.
